How we Operate
Our first step is to gather some basic information over the telephone with a few simple questions to determine what your requirements are.
On arrival at your premises, we assess the work to be undertaken. A detailed visual inspection is carried out on the carpet or upholstery to be cleaned. We take into consideration the age, carpet fibre or upholstery fabric, and general condition.
